Our Programs
SUD - Substance Use Disorder:
In partnership with local Mental Health and Behavioral Health Providers, participants in their Substance Use IOP and OP Groups are referred to the Wellness Program, where they are connected with wellness benefits/resources such as clothing, food, vouchers, peer support, financial literacy, job skills, and basic life skills for 6 months. After the 6 months with the program, participants may be eligible to join again depending on need and availability.
Wellness support:
As a participant in the Wellness and Education Program, you will work closely with your providers to achieve your treatment goals while be supported with resources such as wellness vouchers, community activities, annual parties, financial literacy , peer support and so much more. Our vouchers allow participants to get transportation to and from appointments, lunch and small necessities.
We partner with a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist who assists participants with getting a bank account and the initial opening fee is covered by the Wellness Program.
We also partner with a Phone vendor to help participants get a cellphone and this is also sponsored by the program.
